Ensure the students are aware of the consequences that come with them not responding to the discussion questions in the proper manner. Making sure the guidelines are written on how it is acceptable on how you would like and what it is acceptable on answering the discussion questions.

I learned that the onlne tools that you are going to use have to be compatable with the right resources. They have to be checked out before so esnsure the students have full access to the tools and they are working properly and to ensure to disable any functions that you do not need the students to use. 

It is important to have the proper layout for the course. To ensure you have the proper technology tools that you will be using and to make sure it is user friendly. It will need to be user friendly in order for the students to access any and every information to facilitate with the course. 

All these courses are starting to become repetative, but it is good because I am learning that many of the technologies and strageties can be used in diffrent enviornments or teacheing methods. 

I did not know that you can take couses that are sycnchronous or that it even excited on-line. I just figured it was more of asyncronous form but this course has taught me that you cannnot only use diffrent types of technology and assesments but how. 

You have to learn how to navigate the tools that you will be using on line first hand. This way you can make sure that the functions are working properly with the course. You will have to ensure the tool that you are using is being used for what it was intended. This will have a big effect on what the feedback for the tool will be for future use. 

It was very intresting to know the amount of stake holders that were involved. All of the evaluations one will need to do in order to ensure they all get the proper feed back. 

I found it informative how important good feedback is to the students so they can see the progress as well. I didi not know that you can incorporate auditory or visual feed back as well 

I have learned how to ensure students answer discussion questions properly and how the instrutor should put out information on what is a correct response and what will be considered a response that will not be acceptable. 

It is very intresting on how the sites are required to be set up and the difficulty it can cause if you do not keep the same format through out the entire course.
