establish a clear and concise set of rules and stay consistent, is what i find will help the students and the instructor to succeed

while making the transition to in class teaching to online, i have found staying in contact with your students, is a way for them to achieve success. having a group for side chat is a great tool as it helps the students to communicate with the instructor, as well as the other classmates, for questions or comments regarding classwork.

Good communication and feedback, is a important responsibility of teaching online.

What i learned from this class is how important it is to use the tools provided, along with my coworkers, to utilize the best system. It will not only help the students experience online, but it will enhance the instructors way of teaching. I found that there are many different ways to communicate online with students, and ideas to keep them engaged, to ensure they are learning the material needed.
