I actually now have listed the new resources discovered in this module as material for me to research for future utilization and effective navigation.

Online Learning is almost like the newest effective trend! Adult Student want accommodating learning situations due to the challenge to balance work/school/home.

To retain a student is to understand the student as a whole person. They have enrolled to achieve a goal and just because they started school , that does not solve all issues or hurdle every challenge for them. We have to be willing to hear their felt needs and assist as needed within professional reason.

Once I learned about the shorter lectures. I was able to incorporate so much more information, activities, and group work. This makes for a very exciting class time. and I always leave a few minutes for each student to give their take a way for the day.

The seven principles of good practice was great to learn. I can use these as a basis for my delivery of material.

The use of various communication tools benefit the students learning experience and enhance the opportunity for them to be engaged in the material.

I believe that the success of the Online teacher steams from the preparation, variety, and motivation to deliver the material effectively.
