Ms. Brown, Thank you for reading my post. I agreed with you that part-time and adjunct instructors both are qualified. However my questions was related the effect of using adjunct instructors on students outcomes. Student Engagement and Learning? Quality of Work-Life Integration? Community Disconnect? The effect on student's retention, achievements and attendances could/might or have impacted. Any Thoughts? Thanks, Maria Aponte
Hi, David: Thank you for taking the time on reading my post. I had researched on articles and scholarly journals and is it incredible the findings. Thanks for your participation. Regards, Maria Aponte
Ms. Bryant: Thank you for taking the time reading my post. You are right. Conducting an assessment for the students could determine what are the student’s perceptions. However, the impact and inclusion of part-time instructor for the benefits of students and instructors may have any level relationship. Example: Students graduation Rate; retention, satisfaction and achievements. Interesting Topic! Thanks, M Aponte
Is there any effect relationship between the instructor type ( part-time faculty, full-time) and student graduation rates, retention, achievement and outcomes and satisfaction?

I learned alot with the ED 106 Learning disabilites topic.  It was an helpul information and learning techniques to approach the students with learning disabilities.
