Wow, it sounds like you really have a lot going on Janet. I recommend just taking a two minute break each day to focus on breathing. This has really worked for me when it's all I have time for.
That sounds great Donald. And know that if you're busy, it's ok to start small and work your way back up to where you were before. Sometimes it's hard to jump back in fully.
Wow, it sounds like you have time management down to a science Tami. I hope you are scheduling in a little relaxation time.
It's great to hear that you tried something new...and that it worked out so well. Sometimes we just have to be open to new possibilities. When we are, we can find coping mechanisms that work much better than what we're used to.

Excellent, sometimes finding the kind of work you really enjoy can help you overcome stress. It brings meaning back to the many tasks you have to perform and makes them feel less like a chore.
This is a good idea to consider Jacqueline. There are some people in our lives that cause us too much stress. Limiting our exposure to them and thereby their impact on our lives is sometimes a healthy way to go.
I agree Priscilla. The economy has definitely driven many people to changing their perspective and focus. Life as a working instructor can be challenging, especially if you're balancing several jobs at once. But life as on out of work instructor is likely more challenging. It is nice to be employed!
That sounds like a nice way to balance things Joseph. Both urgency and time to task completion are key variables to consider when making prioritization decisions. Now, if you could only stick to that list!
Excellent idea Simone. And you'll find regular exercise has many other positive benefits in addition to helping with stress.
