Organization indeed can reduce the impact of stress but you are correct, it does not always eliminate it.
Sounds great Paul. Breathing and stretching can happen anywhere so they are perfect when you're on the go.
It's true that when we don't exercise, it can be a bad cycle because we often become more tired and more stressed. Bodies in motion tend to stay in motion.

Students can indeed make or break a teaching experience. Outgoing students who like to participate in class discussion can definitely make things easier. But if you have a quiet class, go ahead and try some icebreaker activities to start and you might find you are able to get them participating after all.
Golf is a great stress reliever. It's not just about physical activity but about spending time outdoors too.
Getting off caffeine is a great long term stress reducer. In the short term however, it can have some stressful side effects in withdrawal. So do make the short term effort but set your expectations accordingly!
Both regular naps as well as hikes work for me as well Russ. These are great stress relievers when you can find the time!
Yes, especially as Spring and Summer are near, you should be able to get out there and relieve some stress with an outdoor sport you enjoy.
