I learned the different things that need the institutions for some situations in the online courses, some of them are: good resources, money, and technological resources.  The students needs good relationship and strategies to do very well the lessons.

I learned that the online programs  are more attractive to the students because they have an live style very intense, they have more flexibility to study.

I learned that the retention factors is the most important element that need the institutions for funtion.  Somethings include the group of categories, that is individual, external and institution elements. 

I learned the importance for create an assessment rubric to implement in class.  The professor will needs somethings to do to create a good rubric.  They need to evaluate the learning outcomes in class and the criteria.  The rubric helps the student to think in the material.

I learned the importance of the rubrics in the lessons.  The descriptors are very important to evaluate the material.

The rubrics are very important to teach the students the importance of the material of the lesson.  The student have the opportunity to make the work in class with clearly.

I learned the importance of use an a rubirc in the courses. Ilustrate the level of thinking from the student in the class.

I learned the different types of assessments that we can use in the courses today.  I knew the process to establish the assessment in the course before and after the class.  With the assessment we can the opportunity to teach the class very well.

I learned that the evaluation is one the most important processs in the students evaluation in the courses.  When the professor use a good rubric and complete have an effective teaching.
