I learned that the workload management strategies are very important to the online courses, increase the time and the effort of the students in classrooms. 

I learned that the online professor have to do a short modules with relevant information with procedures and strategies.

I learned that the professor have to write a syllabus with all de tasks and strategies for the lessons.

 I  learned that to organize a course content you have a differents methods to develop the material.

I learned the the technology tools for online learning is one of the most important element to teaching an online course.  If the professor use blogs, wikis digital portfolios, etc. to organize the course content will be more successful. 

I learned that the Universal Design concepts is very important in a designing course, the professor have the responsibility to meet multiple ways to teach a lessons for all students including with disabilities, he has to facilitate the instructions.

I learned that the assistive technology is the principal element for the students with disabilities.  This technology was designed to create independence in the students with disabilities. We can use them to increase the confidence in the students with disabilities.

I learned that the students are protected against discrimination based on race, national origin, and color; that they will be have an equal education.  Then several years later, the people is protected with the Civil Rights Act.

I learned that the students with disabilities have more opportunity to study using electronic way to complete the lesson, because have more space in physical locations, space availability and more time to flinish the lessons.

I learned that the communication is a principal elements in the online course.  The professors need to communicate with positive language all the time, and keep the nonverbal cues.
