I have started doing review time at the beggining of class, it is an icebreaker and It sets the stage for what we are going to do next. 

Everyone has different learning styles, but we need to help students find out what works best for them and follow up to make sure they are adapting to the enviroment. 

I have learned and understand the importance of classroom where students have an relaxed and inviting atmosphere. 

Always use positive reinforcements as they convey to the students to be successful. 

I need to develop lesson plans that I am comfortable with so I look organized and understanding  of my own discussion.  

To be informative but personnel to help them feel at ease about the class and classmates. 

Give students your expectations but also learn what are the expectations of me from the students. 

Lead by example. Let my past experiences help me in my journey. 

I think we must embrace technology, it is this generations life line so we must follow though and learn it with them. 

The better I plan, The more prepared I feel. witch makes me more confident.
