Important to stay strong with job skills, and set goals and be flexible to change those goals when needed.  

I like the idea of sharing adult career changes, what lead to it and when is the best time to make these decisions

I appreciate learning the steps I will take to now narrow down my career choice and how important networking, job hunting and cleaning up the social media posts. 

Leaning the importance of assessments and helping people better fit the role needed.  

I appreciated the detail list of universal guidelines.  Someimes we think we know them all or are following them all and it was a great reminder.  

Assessments in my class vary.  I try to use written, groups and observing during activities.  I also like to ask students after being in groups what they felt of their groups, never showing the others as sometimes we can learn a lot by assessing others,  

Very important to know there are different styles to learning and being flexible to use what resources you have to make the most of your class.   Sometimes several strategies may be the best.

I thought the pros and cons from the very begininning were helpful.  Then continuing to break out the curriculum by interest, attitude and values.  There seems to be more of a selection to focus on to be come better,  

I enjoyed learning about the ideas for the simulated classroom.  Also the importance that it is important that schools, employers and students are on the same page for work-based learning
