El entusiasmo y la motivación del instructor actúa como un modelo a seguir por el estudiante, no puedo convencer a mis estudiantes que el aprendizaje es interesante , entretenido y agradable si yo como instructor estoy desmotivado y aburrido de mi praxis docente. Siempre he creído que el fin más importante de nuestras clases es promover y garantizar el aprendizaje, pero si insistimos en concentrarnos en los resultados entonces olvido el proceso de aprender que es realmente lo importante. Por lo tanto no nos podemos concentrar solo en retroalimentar al estudiante solo en aquellas cosas que no logro o que… >>>

Me gusto la estrategia del REFOCUS, siempre es bueno ir mostrando los avances a los estudiantes, para empoderarlos de su propio proceso de aprendizaje. Siempre es bueno ser proactivo en el manejo de estrategias entretenidas y agradables que motiven al estudiante a aprender, sin entendemos que el aprendizaje es un proceso interno en el ser humano y que los docentes solo podemos establecer estrategias para estimular ese aprendizaje, pues en la medida que mas dinámico y emocionante sea mejor será la estimulación para que se logre ese aprendizaje.

Considero que el animo y la afectividad del docente es un elemento que trasmite confianza y seguridad a los estudiantes, Un docente es el que dirige el proceso, no debe ser visto como el dueño de la verdad absoluta. Por lo tanto me aseguraré de trasmitir esa confianza a los estudiantes, además al tratar con adultos es importante el respeto a sus experiencias y el deseo de ser escuchados. 

Me parece muy interesante el hecho de comprender que es importante conocer a los estudiantes solo así entenderemos que cada uno tiene sus propias necesidades.  Al tener este conocimiento podemos saber como motivarlos y estimularlos, así como también, darle respuestas a las necesidades que estén a nuestro alcance solucionarlas

You have to know how to differentiate a subjective evaluation from an objective one, since each of them obeys different evaluation dynamics, in the same way the instruments used pass through different criteria, which range from the answers to how they will be evaluated and how to guarantee that both are measuring from the subjectivity or objectivity of the aspects evaluated.

It is very important to understand that the entire learning evaluation process is developed through three types of evaluation: diagnostic, formative and summative. The diagnosis allows us to review the student's previous knowledge regarding the topic to be worked on, then the training allows us to work on the learning process, guiding and correcting the student to achieve the best results, which is why it is also discussed as the assessment process. Finally, summative evaluation allows grading the final result based on the learning achieved established in the learning objective

When planning a course, the Instructor must select the tools and strategies to use to evaluate. For this she must understand that all students learn differently, therefore she must be careful when standardizing these evaluation tools, she must also consider the learning objectives so that she can select the most appropriate tool to achieve the proposed objective

I have learned the importance of communication between the instructor and the students, in addition to how to manage this communication model, in the same way, knowing not only the expectations of the students regarding what they expect from the course but also that it is necessary to know their generation to personalize treatment and communication, finally the importance of managing rubrics as evaluation tools and as means of communication between instructors and teachers. I will put many of these contributions into practice in my online courses.

It is essential to know the generation to which our students belong, as this makes it easier to individualize treatment and communication strategies.
