The importance of teaching professionalism is key for students now so they can adapt to the work-force environment and even longing their school education as well

As a teacher it is great to see students have a professional relationship with one another because it shows me that when they are working outside the classroom and representing the CTE section of our high school I have full confidence in them to show what we stand for and what they can accomplish

Having students in leadership roles allows them to grow confidents in themselves and with the work they are doing as well when working with others or one on ones on a team too

If you do not incorporate some sort of technology into your everyday learning you might fall behind. Technology is how the job world works right now and its better for students to understand all the good they can do with it

Effective team collaboration on a project not only leads to individual goal needs but helps with communication skills, team building skills for the workforce, and also how students can learn from eachother in the project/lesson at hand

Comprehension is the lowest level when it comes to critical thinking/problem solving and evaluation is the highest. I would think they would both be on the same line

CTE should emphasis sustainable practices so students can enter the industry with the knowledge they have learned in the classroom/lab/workshop and work-based learning that will make them profitable and also managable as well. You want it to run smoothly as possible and also be able to have it for students in other years to come

What I have learned not only from this module but also in the first year of teaching is that students think failing is the end of the world. I encourage students that failing is apart of the learning process and they should. It helps them learn and see where they can improve

The end goal is never just to have the students move on. You never want them to feel as if they are done and they are asking "what now?". The end goal is for them to feel confident in the work they will be able to achieve in the work place and in furthering their education if they decide to do that. It is also to make sure they have a whole portfolio with them by the time they leave school and also have work-based learning under their belt as well

Learning about committing to an enterprise is a lot of work but it is rewarding for the students in the long run to get that hands-on real-world experience for them to relate back too, learn from, and move forward with the knowledge they gain
