I do class introductions during the first c;lass. I could have them post them as well. 

Even though I am familiar with the course content, I can continue to research and introduce new ideas. 

One take-away will be that i will include some of the personality trait questions in my ice breaker for my next class. 

I will need to incorporate learning styles and characteristics into my classrooms. 

I have seen some of these peronality traits in the past. I wish there was more time in my class to do one of these tests with my students. then I might be able to taylor some of my lessons to the majority of the students according to their traits.
