i am going to start including more (emotional) stratigies and closing statements to make sure people and student feel heard. 

how important it is to create an positive online presence. It brought to mind a early onlie class in 2000 i took and how horrible it was bc you just heard the teach drone on in the back ground and all you saw where slides.  No body language no facial expressions no anything to change the view, flow,  or anything.  Now i know how that class could have been a lot better

I was at the very begining of online learning.  Times have changed. I need to continue to learn about the changing tech and situations my students are coming from so i can ead off problems before or as soon as they arise. 

how important it is to be emotionally available but maintain the student instructor relationship.
