There several effective ways to keep the attention of students, allow them to learn and grasp information, and to make what is learned transferable to real-life situations. Also, that it is O.K. and important to switch things up a bit sometimes as it prevents rigidity and also helps to keep things interesting.

Some of what is presented in this portion is common knowledge for any workplace (professional appearance, good hygiene, respectful language, etc.), but a lot of it is about being humble despite any bed of knowledge you may have. It is easy to be perceived as a "know-it-all" if you behave in that manner. It's best to take all you know and absorb as much of the newest knowledge as you can so that you can be better prepared than you might otherwise be.
