this module I have learned the difference between a formative and a summative assessment. A formative assessment is when you take assessment of the student's learning at intervals during the course, while a summative assessment is given at the conclusion of a lesson to assess how much of the lesson the student learned.

I found the important take away here is the importance of consistency when building a course. It gives students a path to better understand the course and achieve learning objectives.

I have Learned from the past and current experiences to adjust accordingly for the class and still be within the objectives of the class. Also getting feedback from students to help with the adjusting for future classes to make it even better. I find this something that is ongoing.

our organization, rules, timelines, user-friendly ease and a multitude of teaching abilities and tools must be determined and mastered. Asynchronous or synchronous teaching can be used for different portions of your course.  Understand how you will feel comfortable teaching and understand the needs of the student.I have learning communication is extremely important, and guideline must be set .

I have learned that the most important concept from this class was the use of technology tools can not only assist the student but it can also assit the instructor to facilitate the best training possible. Technology tools should be reviewed to see if they are working or make a change from a tool that would better provide for the students needs.

I see that I will need multiple tools to provide feedback that is needed to make critical, meaningful, continuous changes that enhance your online course.

Ihave learned that there are different types of assessments that should be performed throughout a course. In addition, meaningful feedback is helpful to  the students and can increase their knowledge of the subject matter.

I have learned that the lesson was important in learning different online tools in order to develop communication and online knowledge sharing to develop online learning communities.

 What I have learned the most is to be consistant with the frame work.
