I have learned the rubric is so helpful for the student they can visualize what they need to incorperate and what is expected. The instructor can concentrate on activve learning.

I learned that You must have a backup plan.

I feel the idea of an object library where you can store older materials and courses for future reuse if needed is a good thing.

I agree course design should be left to the dept. chairs with input from the instructors

I have learned that Just because something is posted in LMS does not ensure the accessiblity for all students with ADA. 

I have learned that my institution over the years have implemented a lot of the requirments set fourth by the ADA.

I learned that Providing checklists and organized content can help students with disabilities stay focused and on point.
