Dwayne, I do think we have to be careful in thinking about students as customers. They are also our product! I like to think of students as clients and educators as consultants. This relationship works when both entities are working to improve the student. Dr. Kelly Wilkinson

Different Roles for Online Facilitators

Abundio, I agree with you. You may be the only "point" person for the university for that student. There may be roles that you are better at or have more experience, but you do need to know where to find info. Dr. Kelly Wilkinson
