Miriam, Great post! I think we as instructors need to make sure students understand they have strengths and use them as well work on weaknesses. You don't want them to use their weakness to be their excuse for not learning. Dr. Kelly Wilkinson
Miriam, I agree with you. I want students to know that I am improving and learning with them. I do want them to understand that I am always looking for different ways to guide them in their learning. We learn together. Dr. Kelly Wilkinson
