Being as accurate as possible when giving students any information, cross checking information if needed instead of guessing or saying anything you are unsure of. 

I think this course really outlines what each role and department should know and how we can provide the best information to our students so they can make an informative decision and feel great about it. 

To be informed of accurate information pertaining to your school with student to make sure the student can make the right decision.  Learning about transfer of credits was new to me.

Stay in compliance so that we can provide the best services to students as well as staying organized and prepared.

Learning how to prioritize student's needs and making connections with them is essential to creating a good bond.

I see the importance of advanced listening skills, each level is crucial and helps you stay focused. Active listening is essential to make someone feel heard and understood.

This module really expanded on listening skills that will help your communication and relationship with other. Listening effectively and reading body languages is what I enjoyed the most.

I have learned that preparation is a step in the right direction and a key factor for success in communication.
