Giving an assignment and having the student explain what they are doing in a step-by-step manner

Teach basics and see how well they work with their hands

Being in a tech school, we have implemented competency-based learning. stand and deliver is just 1 part

I like the idea of intergrading technology into the classroom. it's something they will use in the field

by having strong objectives and knowing the standards, we can help students have what they need to get started in their field

Having the lesson plans makes it easier to move from one course to another. I keep all of mine, just in case

good ideas. I will continue to work on time management
