Give students choices in how they are assessed, Using a "flipped classroom" by providing power points or other materials to the students is an interesting concept that I look forward to utilizing.

Professionalism is an important skill to be learned. The best way to teach professionalism is by setting a great example.

Learning critical thinking and leadership skills are important for the career success of students.

Teamwork is essential. Students need experiences in team building, leadership and team problem solving to be successful in the work place.
