I have been an instructor for the past 3 and 1/2 years and the one overriding thing I have learned is that learnning is fun. Some may say that is not the job of the educator but I would disagree. A student who expects to have a fun and informative experience is more likely to show up to class and want to particiapate. Student engagement is the key. One way to get your students engaged is to ask them a lot of questions which becomes fun to them because they are participating and using the brain they were blessed with.… >>>
