While reviewing this course, a quote about ethics within the workplace really stood out to me: "unethical decisions often come from working in isolation." As an [informal] leader, I strive to bring my team together by representing and upholding my own personal values and the values projected by my organization. This quote really struck out because it reminded me of how I used to feel: isolated. In my isolation (both in my personal and professional life), I became the worse version of myself.
