Thanks, Betsy. I am also a list maker. What are some things you consider when assigning the level of importance to an item on your list?
Maureen, Well done. My faculty put together a "what did you learn?" summary that we used to give students as they closed in on graduation. It summarized the major objectives of the first several terms. It really helped them put together resumes and be prepared for interviews.
Thank you, Bree. These are indeed common habits found in successful students. What are some specific things you do to try to influence your other students to adopt similar HABEs?
Thanks, Maureen. What do you do during the term to help keep up the morale up for students who struggle so that they do not get discouraged?
Good point. We cannot force these attitudes upon students. We have to create an environment in which they see us model the behaviors and attitudes we are looking for and that leads them to motivating themselves.
Thanks, Maureen. What are some specific things you do to ensure encouragement is a regular practice in your school?
Thank you, Matthew. It sounds like you are making a conscious effort to demonstrate the impact of a high EQ.
Thanks, Matthew. What are the student behaviors that demonstrate the core values and ideal you reference?

Thanks, Rebecca. How do you get everything done when it seems that others' priorities do not match your own?
Thanks, Jacki! This is a great "how to" lesson for distance education faculty.
