Activity

Eileen, that is great awareness. Now that you have this insight, what is your plan to focus on the student? Dr. Jean Norris
Thanks for sharing Eileen. Yes, body language can certainly give you clues as to how a person feels. I'm curious, has there ever been a time when you were modeling positive body language but the other person pick up on your cue? Dr. Jean Norris
Eileen, that is a great point. It must be interesting to have to convey all of the information in two languages but it sounds like you work hard to make sure that the other person receives the message as you intended. Dr. Jean Norris
George, thanks for your personal experience here. It sounds like you ask questions in order to gauge the student's understanding of tuition and where they are getting the information. That is a great way to start that conversation. Dr. Jean Norris
Jonathan, that is a great point Jonathan. It sounds like you are putting the students' needs first and using those four elements in a way that is best for them. Dr. Jean Norris
Great information Jocelyn. It sounds like you are working with the students to understand their goals and ultimately overcome the challenges that they may be facing in their life currently. Dr. Jean Norris
Jocelyn, thanks for sharing this. Because of your personal experience at the school, it sounds like you are able to relate to the student and share your own expertise with them. Dr. Jean Norris
George, thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like you have a great passion for what you do. It also looks like you tailor the tour to meet the needs of the student. It sounds like this is working for you. Great job. Dr. Jean Norris
Thanks for sharing you approach Davida. It sounds like you allow the student to lead the conversation which can help you see what questions or concerns they have after meeting with Financial Aid. Dr. Jean Norris
Wendy, what a great idea. This sounds like it helps the prospective students as well as the support system feel involved in the education right away. Dr. Jean Norris
