Identifying learning styles is important to instructors, but identifying learning challenges may help a student be more empowered to learning opportunities. Often students who are having difficulties will quit school because of learning disabilities. Teachers have an opportunity to assess and help a student be more successful in their education process. 

It is important to incorporate other languages that students may speak. When students can learn a new language or information and still utilize their mother tongue to assist while learning it ,studies have shown an easier learning style. Being bilingual enhances learning 

opening my personal instructional style to include students culture will enhance learning. By being openminded and not stereotyping students promotes an open learning environment and promoted trust between my students and myself and shows respect for all. I will learn allot to by exploring others through their beliefs and customs.

By not stereotyping my students I can make a greater impact and reach more students.  

Testing is done in a verity of ways and the content taught in class should be reflective on the test. 

As an instructor it is important to assess our students on content. It helps to determine content learned. There are multiple ways to assess students but each student should be evaluated consistently without discrimination. Ethics is being introduced more into the education field. Assessment is a critical part of the learning process. 

When instructors question the students it helps the instructor to evaluate the students understanding of the content learned. There are opened questions or closed ended questions. All questions are good but not all answers are correct and it is important to redirect a wrong answer so that the student does not loose confidence in themself and increase low/no participation in in the class.  

Understanding the student learning styles can be grouped to incorporate more students in the class. Teachers can engage more students with multiple techniques instead of straight lectures. Hand on learners( Kinesthetic)  will do better when they touch and learn through conducting experiment. Auditory  learners grasp lectures easier. It is important as an instructor that you do not just incorporate your own learning style and use multiple techniques.   

It is important to assure all types of leaning styles get addressed when teaching to ensure the attention of everyone. Being a well prepared instructor gives the students confidence in you and will assist in trust that you are a knowledgeable instructor. Be prepared for class, spend some time talking to the students prior to class to get some insite about them.  

Making students comfortable in class is important. Learning the students names shows the instructor is interested in the students as a person and shows you care about them. Being prepared with some introduction games or processes can ease students nerves as they get to know each other and you as an instructor.
