Always have a backup plan in place for students who have tech issues by giving them a support number or going to a nearby site to connect to internet to continue staying in class

I am not a fan of asynchronous, but it has its attributes. Foremostly is what works best for the students and where they are at and where they are going, and how can we make it the best experience possible.

I love teaching online Hybrid, so I see my students at equal increments of time. So they can, in person, express concerns or clarify concerns they had from online.

I have been on Hybrid status for years teaching synchronous online zoom meet and hands on Labs, I feel this is best to have same Instructor for all as to keep everyone on the same page and students engaged and motivated to what is coming up next.

Wonderful input, clarifies the different types of disabilities and how to navigate thru them.

Use simple terms repeat give clear direction for language challenged students.

Groups are great, it helps open up shy students gives them collaboration time and creativity and motivation to learn.

I like to review my videos and rely on survey feedback and verbal confirmation from students themselves to see if I'm teaching is effective and enjoyable as well as informative and what I can improve on.

Group activity and peer teaching implementing real world scenarios makes teaching more effective and enjoyable for the students .

I try to implement a harmonious blend of scholar and facilitator on a regular basis as this enhances the learning process for all types of learners.
