Viewing our students as customer should make  us aware of how we are treating them daily. Everyone deserve to be treated with respect even if they are students. 

I agree , you have to know who you are and be team player in order to lead effectively.

It takes everyone on the campus working together for a common goal . It's not just up to education department to keep students in school.
