I learned from this module is that instructors worry about things that never occur and to laugh at your mistakes to show students that you are human, makes notes to resolve and find resolutions to the mistake, not to take up class time making the same mistakes in the next class. Teachers must also learn every students' name to show respect  and value for them being in the your class.  You will do things well by first doing things poorly and wrong to proceed to right and well. People need coaching, training and feedback.

What strategies could you use to redirect stage centered behavior from students?

Post from Tchelinda Hunter-

Managing students' angry behavior in classroom it is important to listen and take notes. This step allows students to arrange or process the events and think about what is causing the confusion.   Also listening to students complaints you must  redirect them to the class syllabus and sometimes get a third party. Students can be removed from the classroom when they are disrupting instructor time and interfering with other students learning.

I enjoyed learning to use the different strategies to  rechannel  center stage students energy. I favored the Use-it-wisely cards and observer to summarize learning topic for the day by taking notes. I am going to try these methods in class. Not just with the center stage students but with the quiet students as well. This method  will promote student engagement in the classroom.

I learned that you must provide students clear directions and expectations of the class. Provide students opportunity to engage with peers, also when they are asked a question, make their answer sound better, work with them, let them know it is OK to share without expertise.
