Om my goodness, with all these new regs etc. how is one to keep up with all the constant changes, how frustrating

So many ideas and suggestions needed here on dealing with difficult employees.

After 15 years experience in Career School training, getting everyone on the same page isnt as easy as it would appear to be sometimes. However, I do believe in career training as a previous career school graduate myself oh so many years ago, my heart indeed is for the student. Non-traditional training means NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENTS. Isolating the differences is also an important factor with Instructors understanding the necessary flexibility without impropriety. :)

how do you convince others with no career-school ecp. that the enclosed is vital...
