Different students have different personalities and seems like every year i have one or two students who tend to not want to participate in class or be at the other end of the spectrum and not want to communicate. Keeping these students in group activities has been beneficial for both the instructor and the students.

Critical Thinking allows better understanding and encourages effective communication.  students evaluate information, make better arguments, and help in decision making exercises.
