Most of the time it's the aniexty that is worse than the act itself of failing, like taking these quizzes and feeling really small, because the question was worded tricky or subjective.

I mix lecture, with videos and good old common sense, demos with tastings and face to face evaluations, its from the heart and I let them see it and its very intimate. Just us and it works!

we use big words to a generation that is tech driven and they don't really know what we are talking about unless they look it up via the I phone- is that learning?? or remembering to forget to get a grade..
