Collaboration allows constant improvement and learning - the 5 principles are a definite key in the work place.

This is great - I have enjoyed learning different communication styles for each generation, it is always good to be flexible and understand that not everyone communicates the same way.

It is highly beneficial to be aware of generational differences, adapt and learn - it will make one more successful and the communication will only improve.

Energy and attitude play off each other as well as our emotions - there is a definite need to be aware so that you project and lead affectively.  I balance is needed in order to be successful. 

Having the right attitude and energy can make all the difference for yourself as well as others.  Attitude is everything because when it isn't a good attitude it affects everything and everyone.

We absolutely affect so many things when our energy is off.  Our energy can ultimately make or break someone else's day.   

Our attitudes make or break us, it is so important to give it your all to better serve everyone around you.  If you think of it this way - A positive attitude equals a positive outcome - I think that holds true for everything we do!
