One have to become familiar with the learning platform and be ready to adjust teaching style in order to stay most relevant.

The way the online program is presented to the online learner is critical.  Easy navogation and clear directions and septations need to be provided.

Critical thinking and adaptability are essential skills to learn in today's work environment and the students will only benefit from practicing those skills. 

Always take the time to care for yourself, get enough sleep.

Is very important to understand when you are stressed and to identify stressors in your life. Try to focus on things that you can change or control and do your best on things you can't.

The use of on-line discussion to answer questions is a great way to get the responds out quick but also to prevent you from having to answer the same question multiple times.

To do list are a great way to keep your tasks moving forward. Prioritizing and assigning numerical values to each task will also ensure that you focus and complete the most important tasks first.

Prepared with at least double the content you hope to deliver. That way you always have material to cover in case the assignments go by too fast. Make notes of mistake you may have made in order to avoid repeating it. 

Make sure to follow your school's policy for cheating students, document everything and always try to help the student by explaining policies listening to their side and making good decisions.
