Time management and setting goals are critical to the learning environment. Student and instructors should set goals and abide by the acronym RESPECT.

There are many different communication toosl available for online teaching . The instrcuctor must choose the one that will enhance his or her classroom content. 

Communicating  with students and clearly stating the rules and regulations in the syllabus will help deter plagiarism. Adult Learners can pull infomation from past experiences to help with course content.

Cummunicating with students and providing them a rubric that is clear and precise is important to online learning. The online classroom is effective when it engage, guide, and motivate learner and provide a safe learning environment.

I learned that student come from all different kind of backgrounds and its up to the instuctor to try to keep them engaged with meaniful classwork. Communication is by far the most important thing in teaching. Instructors need to set rules and regulation and post them clearly in their syllabus.

The communication process is very important to online learning. Most of the information can be outlined in the class syllabus. This will provide the students or stakeholder information regarding communication rules and regulations. 

There are many different communication platforms. The instuctor must choose the one that is more effective in online teaching.Using an end-course evaluation is an excellent way to obtain feedback from students about the entire communication proces.

Online learning is very important process that must be organized. Students must be engaged and provided feedback on their performance. Instructors must us different strategies to keep students attention.

It is important to engage students and provide feedback as soon as possible.

I have learned asynchronous and synchronous methods of delivery are both important. The instructor must decide the most appropriate way to teach in an online environment for his or her subject area. The most important thing is communicating with the students.
