I learned that there are a lot of tools available to enhance a student ability to learn online. Many instructors have different styles of teaching and must select the best tool that align with their teaching style. I also like the start, stop, continue method of receiving feedback from the students.

I learned that you must be familair with the process to revise a course. There are mulitple things involved in revising a course. You need input from all stakeholders. You must take inconsideration the feedback from students, peer to peer evaluations, exams, and rubrics information. 

Formative assessments, rubrics, and feedback are key components in the learning process. They are typically a simple and

frequent methods to assess students progress and adjust instructional strategies. They provide a roadmap to help our diverse 

learners navigate their way through their assignments.

I learned that communication and utilizing technology is key to effective learning. The syllabus is the road map that directs how things are address in an online learning.

The most important information in this lesson is being consistent when developing the modules. Keep things similar to assist in the learning process.

Communicate is critical when dealing with students online. They must be informed on how important it is to adhere to the rules and regulations of online classes. They should participate in different events and conduct themselves in an orderly manner. 

 Learn to promote interaction among learners using different methods. Know when and how to incorporate synchronous and asynchronous activities that promote learning.

I have learned from this section that it is important to build relationships with your students. You should develop trust, respect, and consideration with your students. You need to  energized classroom by promoting an enriched, meaningful, and dynamic learning experience.

Teaching online will be different from F2F instruction. The instructor must be familiar with all the tools available to promote effective learning environment.The instructor ability to manage the learning environment and each learner's learning experiences is very important. The instructor should provide informative and constructive feedback in a timely manner. This is critical to the success as an online instructor.

Develop a plan for course revisions that works for them and collect the appropriate data to ensure they are making 

the right revisions. Its an ongoing process that must be thought out. The learning outcome is the overall objective of online learning.
