Security is the students feeling safe and comfortable in the learning environment and autonomy is the students sense of contro and free will.

Sometimes it is hard to get the students to participate but when they do they generally have fun and learn a lot.

Flipping the classroom is one of my favorite ways to use active learning.

I am hoping to use this to my advantage and help the students stay in class.

Debriefing is the thing i got from this.

Music before the start of lecture let people settle down before the lecture

Better ways to to talk to the students and learn what they need.

I love the point that most people with learning difficaulties are usually above average intellagence.

This is a hard task but I think it is very important to consult with the student to get there imput.
