Rubrics need to be set up in a way that it is fair to all students

Point values need to be assigned to rubrics.

Hard skills and soft skills get combined more then I originally thought

Happy customers will always want to return and spread the news of good service.

Always represent the school professionally. Tell things as they are and this help avoid conflict down the road

Interesting to see the different tasks structures and support 

Very basic info but sometimes good to here again

When students do the online questions I have them research the answers from a credible source

Having a discussion about the online content that the students have viewed is helpfull . It will sometimes motivate the ones that havent watched it to start watching

As much as we try to get them engaged in online learning it is a constant battle to keep the students from finding shortcuts through doing the actual work
