Being genuine to students can allow them to appreciate the institution more and prevent attrition

It is a good thing and bad thing to give students the opportunity to work independently

Make sure students are aware on their knowledge of using technology

For students to grasp the concept, there has to be a lot of engagement and communication. 

It is very critical to add collaborative learning for the students so they can grasp the concepts very well

That professors need to use rubrics to be efficient

In order to be efficient, technology has to work properly

You have to make the courses for the students very interactive so they can grasp the concepts efficiently. Lectures shouldn't be about just standing in front of the class and talking and reading off of slides verbatim.
