First of all safety is important in any form of work or lab we should make sure that our students know and understand the safety responses and that we as instructors know and understand what to do in any emergency situation

It is always good to evaluate a students progress thru the questions that they ask their participation in class the willingness to do hands on stuff 

Labs are mostly hands on so i think that a good strategy is to ask the students what for the most part are they curious about that we preplanned before lab and go from there.

I think that as a new educator we should find what best fits our students period we have been in the field we should keep ourselves up today on all new things in our field and promote greatness

I have learned that in order to keep my students motivated that i need to take initiative in showing them that im here to help any way possible to help them succeed

in this mod i have learned many differ types of learning and teaching techniques

I have learned that to motivate students we should always inspire words of encouragement, and always give them something to look forward to

I have learned that using the content online creates a great learning environment for students 

I have learned that using social network as a part of your teaching a communication process with your students is a very good avenue

I have learned that it is very important to know what learning tools best fit my students and how to use the tool and what is the proper function of the tool
