I have learned that it is a great idea to find out what do your student already know about the course that you are teaching in order to ensure that your ready to teach them properly 

i have learned that i should execute as many teaching ways possible for the variety of students what i mean by that is reading videos hands on lecturing etc.....

i have learned that i need to get to know my students and that they should also know what to expect to learn and my expectations of them and give them some good insight on who i am as a person and instructor also my back ground in the field of study

i have learned in this section that if you stay ready that you never have to get ready and also that our students should know that the instructor has their best intentions on teaching them the proper fundamentals to accel in their chosen course and profession. 

I learned that in order to keep your students positive attention that it is important to be a positive reflection of yourself, but never go to far as to being a babysitter stay in the area of being an instructor never to become a pal  but  be a friend always find new ways to keep your students attn and to always dress the part of your profession
