I find it difficult to maintain consistency of policy in my clinic supervisors. some do much better job of evaluating students and having assignments ready for hours in which they are not booked or have a no-show. Some do not do a good job of making sure the student greets client at our front door instead of acting like preparing the paperwork is the most important step. We have a syllabus, of course, and are developing an instructor's procedure sheet. It is diificult to shake some out of the "old habits" they learned in the clinic of their school long… >>>
