Communicate via email

Its important to have a one one with your students to establish feedback with your students

Its important to gain respect with the students.  A proper introduction on who you are and your back round helps to gain that trust and respect.  You should also understand each students back round in order to understand the students neeeds.  

For online course to be successful its important to  understand all tools and resources to help students get through the course without any technical difficulties.  

This module gave me ideals of media that I can use for the class

The quiz is the key to success especially if they are questions that you would see on you final exam as a&p.  

To use Synchronous and Asynchronous interactions will have better results

Online courses are  structured in modules. Each module a main subject of what you are teaching

Having a prepared set of questions for students is all in your preperation.    You should always be prepared for questioning so that you don't have to shuffle through and figure out while going through the material.
