Technology fort students and be very helpful in their learning

I learned that you engagement is key to the success.  It creates and learning environ2ment.  

Redirecting and probing offers better comprehension for student and class.

questions help students think or observe what has been learned and helps instructor identify information received.

Testing should align with actual written and O&P

Making sure that students understand what you are trying to convey is important.  

Ask questions to see how well the information is being retained. 

Use different teaching styles to get your point across 

Know the subject matter is key.  Study the content before lecture.  Understand it and apply it to real world situations. 

Engage with students.  Focus on them so that they don't feel left out.  Keep lectures within 15 min so that they don't loose interest.
