Dedication to each student is part of the value, we must continue to keep in contact with our students even after enrollment to keep the trust and value. 

It is best to embrace the challenges. We must be honest, empathetic and be able to customize solutions based on students situations or needs. Improving students resourcefulness is crucial to the succes of ethical enrollment process because it is all about them determining their best path. 

Make sure to have an outline/framework when presenting values. Use the materials provided by school during presentations-this are helpful to visual learners. 

We must understand what our students consider as value of our school. Values cna be new, more or better, however it is harder to creat new values as it will require new statistics that will verify the value. 

Best practices in listening maintains eye contact, be attentive but relaxed, listens to the words and try to picture what the speaker is saying. Listening or hearing are the same and it is critical to gather information and to create trust with our students. 

Great listeners possess humility, curiousity, patience, self-awareness. respect and empathy. Empathetic listeners listens with their eyes, ears and heart. 

There are tons of method when asking questions. Utilize framing and reframing, softener, past, present and future sequencing. Avoid falling into traps in questioning. Talk less/listen more, slow down and clarify information. 

Questions builds rapport.  Open ended and close ended questions are the basic forms of questions to use. Stay away from "why" questions as it imply judgement or may make the students have to defend themselves. 

Learned how to address challenges with tuition, moving forward with the enrollment, be a continued support to our students and ask for referrals.
