Adult students are a completey different dynamic and must be treated accordingly, an adult student wants disciplined classes with good structure but not an instructor yelling and screaming.

I agree students like structure,  but discipline has to be used in a positive manner. Students are going to look at an instructor like a joke if they constantly are yelling or raising their voice. It's all about moderation with discipline and control in my opinion.
