Planning and being prepared is the key to success. Planning will help you perform at the highest level it will help you exacute your lesson in a very effective way, if one does not prepare or plan, it will show a lack of professionalism.

It is important to choose the right tools to assist you in your methods, it is just as important to recognize when the tool you apply is an effective and appropriate tool to conduct your teaching methods or when it's not.

Being a long life seasoned vet of the electrical trade now I plan on taking all that knowledge and all my training and be the best instructor I can be it will be a mission critical project like those out here in the field my mission is to teach students to be electricians and to keep learning it will be a challenge because no matter how long you've been in this trade we are always learning

Very helpful information this course gives you all the tools you need to keep a well-balanced classroom

Can't have a good answer without a great question, and the way you ask the question will reflect in your student's responses.

It is important to identify your student's learning style so that you can then adapt it to your approach by doing so you will make your everyday lesson one that's effectible and enjoyable on an everyday basis.

I was reminded how important it is to apply your skills as an instructor everyday by being a good human being. It all goes hand in hand with each other, start with respect for yourself and your students, you can dress sharp and have a cool walk or even be a smooth talker, but to me it all starts and stops with respect for each other. This part of the course reminds me to be who I am at all times a PRO.

security helps you approach your students in a very professional manner; it is important to gain your students interest right off the bat it allows you to engage with those students who might be struggling without any intimidation.
