I learned the differences between the two, but also how they both complement each other. Companies need both Managers and Leaders to be successful.

there is a major different between leaders and managers, leaders know the goal, manager implement the process in how to get to that goal

to lead or to manage, both are important roles, but manage is more important as the word means manage the situation, that situation could be different every day and the manager needs to be ready to address it and come up with a solution. A leader needs to be a individual that people can trust and believe it to feel comfortable to follow.

once again the first few days of class, it is important that students know that their new support system is here and more than willing to help. give them the proper contact information, so that  they know where to go to seek the help required.

to provide new students with all the materials and support for them to feel that they belong to a new community and they have the support to succeed in their new career.

to use all the resources available in the school, and use those resources to help students to understand that they made the right decision to enrolled in the school

It is very important to stablish a professional relationship with your students and a professional trust, students will come to you as an instructor for advise.

I'm so happy to see that i already practice many of the recomendations already given in this training, be on time, be prepare, be professional and let the students you care about their learning
