Students should be taught the importance of proper computer literacy and the pitfalls to avoid. They should learn the basic method of navigating and processing  computer needs. They will need it for the real world experience.

Life long learning has changed so vastly in the past years that now classrooms on gorund are beconing distinct to say the least. Today, online  learning is the thing of the norm and its vital to our educational world we now live in. Therefore, as students engage in online learning they are plunged into a world of endless possibilities.

Teaching each student to be group oreinted is very importatnt as they will have to demonstrate team ship while on the job. 

Student have many challenges with structrual writing as many have developed writing as realted to "text messaging" Many have no clue to proper writing skills, but have learned how to properly write after some sessions on proof reading and rewriting drafts to adequately present the written document.

Each student has an ability to be creative so having an environment that is conducive to creativity , while encouraging critical thinking can burst into an engaging classroom.

Group learning is very instrumental in developing creativity for students in the classroom. It helps energize each learner in their own capacity.

As students approach the learning environment many have challenges with time management and setting goals and prioritizing to be a successful learner. The art of teaching students how to be independent in their learning process is like a blossoming flower. The more you give them the opportunity to step out and develop the more you see them step into it.

Over the time of my teaching I have learned that students need to acquire soft skills to be successful in their chosen field. Many have not been trained these in a home setting and is greatly needed to see them succeed.

These tips are very instrumental inthe learning process. Students need to feel that they have an active role in the learning process with real world connections that will increase their desire for ownership while taking responsibility for their careers.

In being a teacher its very important to possess soft skills to ensure we are giveing the students the best learing experience and being a team player in the work environment.
